Discovery Analysis
Discovery Analysis: For When You Don't Know Where to Start
During initial meetings with many clients, we hear, “I don’t know if we have any gaps or deficiencies so I’m not sure where we should start.” This is why we developed our Discovery Analysis service. With access to employees, policies/procedures, patient records, and employee files, QCC Healthcare Consultants will evaluate the organization with a focus on the areas below. Upon completion of the Discovery Analysis, we will provide a full written report notating the areas of success, adequacy, and deficiencies.
