MedSpa Compliance

QCC Healthcare Consultants serves med spas across the nation, assisting them with compliance to OSHA standards, state medical boards, boards of nursing, and other applicable regulatory bodies. All products are customized to your practice, including company logo and referencing the actual supplies and equipment used at your facility.

There are 3 main areas where we help med spas:

1. OSHA Compliance. QCC will create the required documents to assist you with OSHA compliance in your state. This includes laser safety, illness & injury prevention plans, and bloodborne pathogen exposure plans. Deliverables will contain the educational assessments for your staff which will serve as documentation of their annual education on required OSHA standards.

2. Policies. QCC will develop company policies as needed by your practice. Examples of popular policies, include: medication preparation, storage of medical supplies, dress code, employee handbook, patient privacy during procedures, social media, and cleaning and disinfecting of clinical areas.

3. Protocols / Standard Operating Procedures.
